Boomas BBQ "Sheared and Seared"

Booma's BBQ Sheared & Seared Lamb Seasoning. Season the meat evenly with a little or a lot of seasoning, depending on your taste. Allow 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the rub before beginning to cook.
